Fo2.exe Android help.

So I've had fo2.exe on my phone for a while k tried to get it working a while ago out wouldn't work, I own a PC, but I don't own fo1 or fo2 but I did manage to get ahold of a zip archive file for it? I'm not sure really what that is but I'm assuming it's the game file this file is for fo2 when I try to load it using zip archive option, the screen flashes black for a milisecond like it's trying to load something but then it goes back to the original screen and nothing happens? Is it the file? The app? Am I doing something and does anyone know where I can get ahold of the proper files maybe for it? Without needing to pay for them?
