Late responder or too low of a dose??

I took my first 1mg dose (actually ended up being .8mg after a bubble issue) last night around 7pm. It’s 7pm the next day and I’m not really feeling anything yet. I had a moment of mild nausea, but also could have been in my head 😂 Still felt my normal hunger and normal food noise.

Anyone taking low doses not notice the appetite suppression and lack of food noise until days later?? Just feeling impatient probably!

I might take my next dose around day 5 if I’m not feeling anything.
