I spend 90% of my “gameplay” staring at a death screen

Decided to download this game around 4 days ago, for context I play on console ps5

I’m not new to FPS shooters, I had almost a 1000 hours on cod advanced warfare and then battle field 1, but Jesus is the skill calling supposed to be this high? How come everyone is hitting their shots like demons?

And why am I the only one reinforcing? No one does anything in prep phase?
