Want to know about hunter 350.

Hey I am planning to buy royal enfield hunter 350 . It would be my first bike . I live in Bangalore so I need this for city commute + Weekend outside Bangalore drives. But I have some questions regarding it . Is it worth it? Is it easy to maintain? Are RE service centre reliable? Is maintainence costly? Is it heavy for Bangalore traffic. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
