Bad start of the Day

Yesterday, was on the way to office and out of nowhere an Auto came infront going across the road to take a U-turn. Applied brakes and Stopped but the guy behind me couldn't and this is the result.

Where can i get it replaced? Can i get just the red cap thing or ill have to buy the whole assembly? Give links if anything available online.
