Can someone here please settle this question about Hollywood Riviera?

I grew up in the South Bay, specifically in PV. I always thought Hollywood Riviera was part of Torrance. It’s on the map as Torrance. A poster on another sub is convinced it’s officially Redondo Beach. I realize it’s Redondo Beach adjacent and the shared zip code is confusing. Could someone who lives there clarify?
