does a faint line mean pregnant?

hey guys i had a miscarriage december 30th 2024 and i haven’t had my period since, my breast hurt like hell and they tingle every now and then and on top that im always having a creamy discharge i decided to take a cheap gas station test( around 11pm today) and i see a faint line do you think im pregnant
