Qantas lounge access at lax

I can’t tell from the website if you can use the Qantas first lounge at lax when flying on AA domestically. If you have one world emerald status, can you use the Qantas first lounge with any one world flight (including us domestic) or only on international flights?

If not available I’ll just use the admirals club in T4, but would like to check out the Qantas first lounge in TBIT if it’s available.
