Concert recording

I need a good camera for recording classical concerts. Ideally with recording for a long time (40 minutes-3 hours) with two XLRs with phantom power. What would you recommend that would don’t break my bank? Are camcorders good enough for that? Which cameras and models would you recommend? Appreciate any suggestions!
