Galaxy s24 fe vs galaxy s24+?

I was using galaxy s20 fe which I actually really liked. (I could use an SD card, the was is lightweight and thin) etc....THEN water got on my phone at work and later the screen stopped responding to touch and even now is very random. I wound up going to to Smsung site and ordered s24 Fe which was brand new (a few days ago). It came in and I've been using it. Now I'm thinking......it's much heavier than my old phone and I'm not so sure about the quality of the camera. Should I have just spent an extra couple hundred or so and gotten the s24+? Does anyone have experience using both yet?
