Questions about my first dose!

I just took my first injection 👏🏼 I was nervous!! I saw a tiny air bubble so I flicked it and tried to push it out, while also pushing out a little bit of the med 😭 it also did not hurt going in, and I was shocked. And also confused, thinking: did it even go in?! But it did!!

Here’s my Q. I wanted to start at 1mg (10 units) but ended up being like 8 units (.8mg?). Is that way too low of a dose to start with?? For context, I’m hyper sensitive to medications, and my brother reacted VERY badly to his first lowest sema dose (being sema probably didn’t help either), so I’m taking this very cautiously.

Feeling excited but also nervous!! Eee!!
