Is there risk to updating TrueNAS

Currently running Scale 23.10.2. Never updated, fearful of data loss. Is there any concern with updating TrueNAS? There are several new versions out. I only have one app running inside TrueNAS, which is a docker container (UrBackup).

If I do upgrade, is there a suggested release right now? Don’t really feel like beta testing, just want it to work.

UPDATE updated as someone suggested first to 24.04 and then to 24.10. Everything was fine. Only thing I had to change on 24.10 was the urbackup app. As someone mentioned it was running on Kubernetes, which is no longer there in 24.10. Just had to change the network settings for the app and it was back up and running as it was before.
