Could someone please tell me what they think all the black spots are on the front of her shell? She eats and acts normal but those spots have been there around her whole shell for weeks and they don’t scrub off with a toothbrush. Also if I’m not wrong she looks like she starting to shed?

Today is 1yr since I got her. Man does a yr go by fast. I can remember when I got her and she was only the size of a half dollar and now she’s 4 inches and smarter than I thought. She’s definitely taught me a lot about owning a turtle. What a good yr👍🏻🐢
